Fax Memory Full

Reduce the fax resolution or the number of pages in the fax. Touch Continue to clear the message.

Fax Mode Unsupported

Try one or more of the following:

•Enable Auto Convert Color Faxes to Mono Faxes.

•Reduce the fax resolution.

•Reformat the document on an A4‑ or letter‑size paper.

Fax Modem Error

Turn the printer off and then back on, and then resend the fax.

Fax Name Not Set Up

Set up the fax to enter the fax name and number. Touch Continue to clear the message.

Ink Cartridge Access Door Open

The ink cartridge access door is either open or detached.

•If the ink cartridge access door is open, then close it to clear the message.

•If the ink cartridge access door is detached, then reattach it to clear the message.

1Insert the door hinges into place until they click. Make sure the door is inserted at a 90-degree position.

2Close the ink cartridge access door to clear the message.
