	Use	To
	Hibernate Timeout on Connection	Set the printer to hibernate mode even when there is an active
	Hibernate	Ethernet or fax connection.
	Do Not Hibernate	Notes:
		• Do Not Hibernate is the factory default setting.
		• The fax function is available only in select printer models.
	Timeouts	Set the amount of time in seconds the printer waits before
	Screen Timeout	returning the display to the Ready state.
	15–300	Note: 30 is the factory default setting.
	Timeouts	Show a message that lets you reset the screen timeout timer
	Prolong Screen Timeout	instead of returning to the home screen.
	On	Note: Off is the factory default setting.

	Timeouts	Set the amount of time in seconds the printer waits to receive an
	Print Timeout	end‑of‑job message before canceling the remainder of the print
	Disabled	job.
	1–255	Notes:
		• 90 is the factory default setting.
		• When the timer expires, any partially printed page still in the
		printer is printed, and then the scanner checks to see if any
		new print jobs are waiting.
		• Print Timeout is available only when using PCL emulation.
		This has no effect on PostScript emulation print jobs.
	Timeouts	Set the amount of time in seconds the printer waits for additional
	Wait Timeout	data before canceling a print job.
	Disabled	Notes:
	15–65535	• 40 is the factory default setting.
		• Wait Timeout is available only when the scanner is using
		PostScript emulation. This has no effect on PCL emulation
		print jobs.
	Timeouts	Set the amount of time the printer waits for user intervention
	Job Hold Timeout	before it holds jobs that require unavailable resources and
	5–255	continues to print other jobs in the print queue.
		Notes:
		• 30 is the factory default setting.
		• This menu item appears only when a printer hard disk is
		installed.
	Error Recovery	Automatically reboot the printer.
	Auto Reboot	Note: “Reboot when idle” is the factory default setting.
