Set interface Command
Use the set interface command to configure the management interface on the Master agent of the stack.
The syntax for this command is:
set interface inband <vlan> <ip_addr> <netmask>
inband | Interface name used for the management |
vlan | The number of the VLAN to be used for management |
ip_addr | IP address used for managing the stack |
netmask | Subnet mask of the management interface |
Example:
You must reset the device in order for the change to take effect.
Set port level Command
Use the set port level command to set the priority level of a port. Packets traveling through a port set at normal priority should be served only after packets traveling through a port set at high priority. Packets traveling with a 802.1p priority header are not affected by this command.
The syntax for this command is:
set port level <mod_num>/<port_num> {normalhigh}
normal | Set the port priority to regular. |
high | Set the port priority to high. |
Example:
To set the priority level for port 2 on module 1 to high:
Port 1/2 port level set to high.
