6.3 Job Control Screens

To combine jobs

1Select the job that you wish to combine other jobs with.

2Select the jobs that you wish to combine with the first job selected.

❍To combine more than two jobs, repeat the above step until all jobs that you wish to combine are selected.

❍Up to five jobs can be selected.

❍To change any of the copy settings, touch [Change Mode], and then change the settings.

3Touch [OK]. The jobs are deleted from the list on the Combine Jobs screen. The Print List screen of Job Log appears.

❍The selected jobs are combined into one.

4On the Print List screen, check the status of the jobs.
