Auto Attendant Day
The time a call to the auto attendant, when the system is in day mode, will ring before the auto attendant
answers the call.
System Voice mailbox delay
The time a call to the auto attendant, when the system is in night mode, will ring before the auto attendant
answers the call.
System Voice mailbox delay
This is the time that elapses before an unanswered incoming call is presented with the System voice
mailbox greeting.
Programmable message length
This is the maximum length of a message left in a Mailbox or a Greeting for a Mailbox, Auto Attendant or
Courtesy service.
AA Dial Time
The delay allowed for a second digit to be dialed when connected to the Auto Attendant. If a second digit is
not dialed before this timer expires then the call is presented to a ring group.
Hunt Timer
The time a calls rings an extension in a hunt group before it is diverted to the next extension in the group.
Notification Delay
This is the time interval between receiving a message in a mailbox and making the first remote notification
call.
Notification Interval
When a remote notification call is not successfully completed this is the interval the system waits before
making the next remote notification call
To Reset the System There are two system reset options available – a warm and a cold reset.
• From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
• Press the Scroll Down key () until “System Programming” is displayed.
• Select “System Programming”.
• Enter the System Programming Password and select “System”.
• Press the Scroll Down key () until “Reset Options” is displayed.
• Select “Reset!” or “Reset To Default!”.
CAUTION: These are complete system resets, not individual extension resets.
Selecting “Reset!” (warm reset) will reset the system and cut off all established calls.
Selecting “Reset To Default!” (cold reset) will reset the system, cut off all established calls and
remove all programming from the system.
