To Program an Extension for use with a Public Address Amplifier

An extension with a Public Address amplifier connected must first be programmed for use with a PA

amplifier.

• From the programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.

• Press the Scroll Down key () until “System Programming” is displayed.

• Select “System Programming”.

• Enter the System Programming Password and select “System”.

• Press the Scroll Down key () until “PA Amplifier” is displayed.

• Select “PA Amplifier”.

• Select “PA Equipped”.

• Select the extension to which PA system is connected.

Press the speakerphone key to finish programming.

Note: The extension that has been programmed as the Programming extension will not be displayed as an

option on the screen.

Note: The extension that has been programmed as the PA extension will be indicated by “

” next to the

extension.
