8.6Jam removal procedure

Removing Plate jam 1 and 2

-Plate jam1 is displayed when the cutter stops a plate cutting operation midway.

-Plate jam2 is displayed when the plate can not be cut and is continuously discharged.

Remove the cutter unit cover.

1)Press the key. This stops the buzzer sound and returns the

cutter to its home position.

2)Open the front door and remove the cutter cover.

3)Confirm that the cutter blade is not worn or bent. If it is, replace it with a new blade.

4)Re-attach the cutter cover and close the front door.

5)Press the key again and run the cutter from the maintenance

screen to cut the plate.

6)When the cutting operation is completed, run the processor to discharge the plate.
