Part-time main attendant

The part-time main attendant can answer incoming calls and performs tasks on the computer such as word processing.

The difference between the full-time main attendant setup and the part-time main attendant setup is that the part-time setup has additional attendant options selected that notify the attendant of incoming calls when the Attendant component is minimised. Refer to “Full-time main attendant” on page 12 and “Setting up other attendant features” on page 19.
