Space Requirements
A certain amount of space is required for proper operation of the printer and also for performing printer maintenance and replacing consumables. Use the following figures to plan for appropri- ate clearances when determining a location for your printer.
CAUTION: There is a ventilation opening on the left side of the printer. To avoid overheating and fire hazards, be sure to leave a clearance of at least 8 inches (200 mm) between this open- ing and the nearest wall or other surface.
