Useful Functions at Travel Destinations
For details on the [SETUP] menu settings, refer to P18.
If you set the depar tu re dat e or t he lo ca tio n of the vac at ion in adv an ce , the nu mb er of days
that have passed since the depart ure date (which day of the vaca tion it is) is re corded
when you take the picture. You can display the number of days that have passed when
playing back the pictures and stamp i t on the recorded pictures with [TEXT STAMP] (P77).
•The number of days that have pas se d since the departure date can be pr inted out using the
“PHOTOfunSTUDIO-viewe r-” bundled software on the C D-R OM (supplied).
•Select [CLOCK SE T ] to se t the current date and ti me in advance. (P16)
Recording which Day of the Vacation You Take the Picture
Select [TRAVELDATE] from the [SETUP] menu, and
then press 1.
Press 3 to select [TRAVELSETUP] and then press
1.
Press 4 to select [SET] and then press [MENU/
SET].
Press 3/4/2/1 to set the departure date (year/
month/day), and then press [MENU/SET].
Press 3/4/2/1 to set the return date (year/month/
day), and then press [MENU/SET].
•If you do not want to set the return date, press [ME NU/SET] whi le
the date bar is d i splayed.
