Problem	Cause & Remedy

I cannot send document.	● The other party’s fax machine is busy or has run out of paper. Try
	again.
	● The other party’s machine is not a facsimile. Check with the other
	party.
	● The other party’s fax machine rings too many times. Send the fax
	manually – dial the number, confirm the fax tone, then press
	START/SET/COPY .

The other party complains that	● If your line has special telephone services such as call waiting,
