•juice of 1 lemon

•150ml (5fl.oz) cold water

•1 egg white

•Puree the fruit together with the lemon juice and the syrup. Beat the egg white until almost stiff.Then stir in the fruit and the cold water.

Make sure that all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

•Switch on the ice cream maker and pour the mixture into the cooling bowl.

Preparation time: 25-35 minutes.
