Clearing a Phone Book entry

Youcan delete Phone Book entries in the
PhoneBook one by one.
Toclear all of your entries in the Phone Book,
referto Clearing memor y on this page.
1 PressLIST to display the Phone Book.
2 UseMULTI-CONTROL to display the de-
tailedlist of your desired Phone Book
entry.
Seestep 2 to 5 on Calling a number in the
PhoneBook on page 43 for how to do this.
3 Pressand hold MULTI-CONTROL to dis-
playthe genre input screen.
Editgenre is displayed.
4 TurnMULTI-CONTROL clockwise or
counterclockwiseto switch to the clear
memoryscreen.
TurningMULTI-CONTROL switches input
screensin the following order:
Editgenre (genre input screen)—Edit name
(nameinput screen)—Edit number (number
inputscreen)—Edit icon (icon selection
screen)—Clearmemory (clear memor y
screen)
5 PushMULTI-CONTROL right to show a
confirmationdisplay.
Clearmemory YES is displayed.
#Ifyou do not want to clear memory that you
haveselected, push MULTI-CONTROL left. The
displayreverts.
6 PressMULTI-CONTROL to delete the
PhoneBook entry.
Clearedis displayed.
ThePhone Book entry is deleted. The display
returnsto Phone Book entry list.

Using preset numbers

Assigningpreset numbers

Youcan assign up to ten frequently called
phonenumbers to number presets
(Dialpreset 1–10).
!Tocall the number you assigned to preset,
referto Preset number on page 36.
1 PressLIST to display the Phone Book.
2 UseMULTI-CONTROL to display the de-
tailedlist of your desired Phone Book
entry.

PhoneBook on page 43 for how to do this.
3 Pressand hold one of 0–9 on the re-
motecontrol to store the selected phone
numberin that preset.
Press1 to store in Dial preset 1; 4 to store in
Dialpreset 4, etc. Press 0 to store in preset
Dialpreset 10. Hold the button down until
youhear a beep.
#Upto 50 phone numbers (10 phone numbers
foreach of the three registered phones andtwo
guestphones) can be stored in memory.
Clearing memory
Youcan clear memory of each item; Phone
Book,dialed/received/missed call histor y list
andpreset phone number.
