Youcan use this unit to control an iPod adapter,
whichis sold separately.
Theseare the basic steps necessar y to operate

1Songnumber indicator
Showsthe number of song played in the se-
lectedlist.
2Playtime indicator
Showsthe elapsed playing time of the cur-
rentsong.
3Albumtitle indicator
Showsthe title of the currently playing
album.
1 PressSOURCE to select the iPod.
PressSOURCE until you see iPod displayed.
2 Toperform fast forward or reverse,
pushand hold MULTI-CONTROL left or
right.
3 Toskip back or forward to another
song,push MULTI-CONTROL left or right.
PushingMULTI-CONTROL right skips to the
startof the next song. Pushing
MULTI-CONTROLleft once skips to the start
ofthe current song. Pushing again will skip to
theprevious song.

Theoperation of this unit to control an iPod is
designedto be as close to the operation of the
iPodas possible for easy operation and song
search.
1 PressLIST to switch to the top menuof
thelist search.
2 UseMULTI-CONTROL to select a cate-
gory.
Turnto change the category; press to select.

#Youcan start playback throughout the se-
lectedcategory by pressing and holding
MULTI-CONTROL.
#Youcan also change the category by pushing

#Toreturn to the previous list, push
MULTI-CONTROLleft.
#Togo to the top menu of the list search, push
andhold MULTI-CONTROL left.
#Ifyou do not operate the list within about 30
seconds,the list search is cancelled automati-
cally.
