Error Messages

From time-to-time your system may display an alert or error mes-
sage. An alert tells you that something needs at ten tion; an error mes-
sage usually tells you about a con di tion you can fix. In rare instances
you may have to call for service or assistance (see page v).

Getting Help

There may be times when you need help to solve a prob lem, or you
may want more in for ma tion about how your mail ing system works.

our web and phone support information.
Before you contact us, please read the troubleshooting information
in this chap ter. In many cases, it can help you resolve the prob lem.
Also, you can often restore normal operation by just turning Off and
On your system.

Serial number: See the back of the system.
Nature of problem: What happens and when does it happen? Did
