Mounting the Display Unit

8-10	hsb2 PLUS Series Color LCD Display

8.5 Mounting the Display Unit

The hsb2 series LCD display unit is waterproof to CFR46 and can be installed either above or below deck. The display unit can be mounted using the mounting bracket supplied, or console mounted using the optional flush- mounting kit (see Section 8.2).

Mounting Bracket

The display unit can be mounted on a dash, chart table, bulkhead or deckhead.

1.Loosen the knobs and remove the mounting bracket from the display unit.

2.Mark the locations of the mounting bracket screw holes on the mounting surface.

3.Use the screws supplied to attach the mounting bracket at the marked loca- tions.

4.Attach the display unit to the mounting bracket, adjust the display angle and tighten the knobs.

Console Mounting

The display unit can be console mounted if required, using the optional flush- mounting kit (M92708).
