When Nozzle Clogging Cannot Be Solved

Open the left maintenance cover.

Rotate it left.

Screw

(1) Turn four screws that fix the maintenance cover to

 

 

 

 

the left, and remove them.

 

 

 

(2) Remove the maintenance cover.

 

 

 

• If the maintenance cover is hard to remove, use the

Immerse Wiper for CR in Maintenance kit.

 

Wiper for CR

• Immerse much enough so that washing

 

 

liquid may drip from it.

Do not wipe the nozzle surface with dry Wiper for CR.

Wipe the nozzle surface from the rear of the main

body to the front twice or three times with Wiper for CR immersed in Maintenance kit.

• Do not rub too strong.

• If Wiper for CR has fluffed, replace it.

• If ink solid adheres to Wiper for CR, change the surface to use for cleaning or replace it.
