Connecting Cables

zRemoving USB memory

If a USB memory module is inserted in the personal computer to which a Pro L4160/L4130 machine is connected, click "Stop" in the "Safely Remove Hardware" window by following the instructions given there first and then remove the module.

Leaving a USB memory module inserted can cause [ERROR 201 COMMAND ERROR]. Copy the data onto the hard disk before outputting it for printing.

Insert the power cable into an inlet of the

 

 

machine.

Secure a cable band.

• Secure the cable with the cable band attached to this

machine.

Insert the power plug into a plug socket.

• Do not use any power cables other than the attached power cable.

• For Inlet 1 and 2, be sure to supply power from the outlet of the same voltage.

• Be sure to connect the power cable to the outlet near this machine, and make sure that the power cable can be easily removed.

Connect the power cable to the grounded outlet.Otherwise, it may result in fire or an electric shock.

Check the voltage of the wall outlet and the capacity of the circuit breaker before you plug the power cords. Plug each power cord to different outlet that has independent circuit breaker. If you plug more than one power cord to wall outlets that share the same circuit breaker, the power may be cut off by the breaker.
