Set a light point of the LED pointer to the changing position by pressing

Select the carriage and media, moving the point with .

When you press the key here, you can perform media cutting.

If the carriage is not covered by the ink cap for a long period of time, the nozzle face of the head may get dry and clogged, resulting in white lines being left in the printed image.

The buzzer sounds periodically while the carriage is out of the capping station. The buzzer sounds at shorter interval when the print heater temperature is high.

Typical setting position of printing origin

The printing origin in the depth direction (X') is positioned at about 75 mm rearward from the slot for cutting on the Media Transfer Surface. The printing origin in the scanning direction (Y') is positioned at 15 mm from the right end of the media. The value in the scanning direction (Y') can be changed using [MARGIN] in FUNCTION mode.
