Setting nozzle face cleaning time

When the set time has passed, nozzle face of the head is cleaned automatically to remove ink droplets on the nozzle face.

In case that deflection, nozzle missing, or symptom which ink droplets fall down occurred, increase the level for each type. If you increase the level, the intervals become shorter.

	• Set Value : TYPE1, TYPE2			: T YPE 2
	• TYPE1 is simple wiping performed for a short period.
	• TYPE2 is normal wiping performed for a long period.
6	Press the		key.	T Y PE 2
				: L v 4
7	Press		to set levels, and press the	T Y PE 2
		key.		: L v 5

•Set Value : Lv1 to Lv6, MANUAL

•When Lv1 to Lv6, the operation interval is changed automatically depending on the device temperature. The cleaning interval is the longest when Lv1 is selected, and becomes shorter as you select higher levels.

•When [MANUAL] is set, set the intervals ins step8.

8 Press to set intervals, and press the

key.

•Set Value :TYPE1: 90 to 600 sec TYPE2: 10 to 90min

•Example of behavior: When it is set to 90Sec, wiping is performed one head by one per 45Sec.
