Editing entries

4. Touch -1 when you find the desired entry.

IET This function does not distinguish between upper- and lower-case letters.

1. Select the file in which the desired entry is stored.

2.Select the entry in the Index mode or display it in the View mode.

3.Press [m] to open the Edit mode.

4.Make the desired changes.

5.Touch -1.

The new, correct entry is now stored.

Deleting entries

Deleting single entries

1.Select the entry in the Index mode or display it in the View mode.

2.Press (m), touch -1, and select DATA DELETION.

A submenu opens.

3.Select SELECTED ENTRY.

A warning message will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete the entry.

4. Touch mi (or m] to cancel the deletion).

*( You can also delete single entries by pressing (DELJ in step 2 above.

Deleting all entries

1.Press (m) , touch [m], in the Index or View mode and select DATA DELETION.

A submenu appears.

2.Select ALL ANN 1 or ALL ANN 2.

A warning message will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete all entries in the file.
