5.Press -1.

The part of the topic following the cursor position becomes a new topic.

If a topic that contains subtopics (see p. 167) is split, the subtopics are assigned to the second, new topic.

Outline Deleting topics

d e l e t i o n 1. In the View display mode, select the topic you want to delete.

2.Press m) , touch -1, and select DATA DELETION.

A submenu appears.

3.Select SELECTED FAMILY.

The selected topic is highlighted, and a warning message appears askina if you are sure you want to delete it.
