It hides all subtopics from view, displaying only first-level topics and the title.

1.Display the outline in the View mode.

2.Press [MENU), touch -1, and select COLLAPSE ALL.

All subtopics are collapsed into their topics and eliminated from the display.

*rf If you want to collapse only one specific family, select its parent topic and then press (EXP/COL) or touch 0 for the topic. All subtopics belonging to that topic will be hidden from view.

Expanding families

All subtopics that have been collapsed in a family or in the entire outline can be expanded.

1.Display the collapsed outline in the View mode.

2.Select the topic you want to expand, or the title if you want to expand the entire outline.

3.Press [m] , touch [=I, and select EXPAND FAMILY.

All subtopics of the selected topic are displayed to the furthest level beneath the topic.
