6 Enter the name of the party by pressing the number keys as shown in the chart below. Up to 20 characters can be entered.
∙If you don’t want to enter a name, skip this step.
∙To enter two letters in succession that require the same key, press the SPEAKER key after entering the first letter to advance the cursor.

8 Return to Step 3 to store another number, or press STOP to exit. If the number will be used for Rapid Key Dialling, you can write the name on the appropriate Rapid Key label.

Note: Numbers stored for automatic dialling will appear on the "Telephone Number List" printout, so this facility should not be used to store least cost routing or system access passwords which need to remain private.
Note: To confirm that Automatic Dialling numbers have been stored correctly, print out the Telephone List. The procedure for doing this is explained in Chapter 9, Printing out Reports and Lists.
