Submenu setting Description
E-mailAlert SelectsEnable to turnon or Disable to turn off the E-mail Alert
function.
To Displays orallows you to set the e-mail addressof the e-mail alert
recipient.
CC Displays orallows you to set the e-mail addressof the e-mail alert
“copyto”recipient.
From Displays or allows you to set the e-mail addressof the userwho
sendsthe e-mail alert.
Subject Dis plays orallows you to set the e-mail alerts ubject.
OutgoingSMTP server Displays or allows you to set the Simple Mail TransferP rotocol
(SMTP)server that you use on yournetwork.
Username Displays or allows you to set theS MTP serveruser name.
Password Displays or allows you to set the SMTP s erverpassword.
AlertCondition Sends e-mail alerts wheneverLamp Warning,Low Lamp Life,
TemperatureWarning andFan Lockconditions occur. Select the
settingsy ouw ant, andthen click Submit.

address.Click E-mail Alert Test to confirm that your e-mail
addressand SMTPs erversettings arec orrectby sendinga test
e-mail(SMART Alert-Test Mail).
If the settings arenot c orrect,t hee-mail alert messages aren’tsent
orreceived successfully and no warningor notification message are
availableto advise of this state.
