COMMAND LINE INTERFACE

dot1x re-authenticate

This command forces re-authentication on all ports or a specific interface.

Syntax

dot1x re-authenticate [interface]

interface

•ethernet unit/port

-unit - Stack unit.

(Range – SMC6224M: 1-8, SMC6248M: 1-4, mixed stack: 1-4)

-port - Port number. (Range: 1-26)

This command enables periodic re-authentication globally for all ports. Use the no form to disable re-authentication.
