Cómo colocar el espetón

1.Introduzca el rack del espetón hasta la mitad del horno en la posición de rack 4.

2.Deslice el pincho izquierdo en la brocheta y ajuste el tornillo.

3.Deslice la carne/el ave que desea asar en la brocheta.

4.Deslice el pincho derecho en la brocheta y ajuste el tornillo.

5.Verifique que los alimentos estén equilibrados en la brocheta haciéndola girar en las palmas de las manos. Los alimentos que no tienen un equilibrio parejo no se cocinarán en forma pareja.

6.Coloque la brocheta del espetón en el rack.

7.Coloque el rack del espetón en el horno e introduzca el eje en la abertura de la pared trasera del horno.

8.Si es necesario, gire la brocheta del espetón ligeramente para que el eje entre perfectamente en la abertura.

9.Introduzca el rack plano en la posición 0 e introduzca la asadera para recoger el goteo.

Cómo atar carne de ave para el espetón

1.Deslice uno de los pinchos de la brocheta con los dientes apuntando hacia la punta de la brocheta. Ajuste ligeramente el tornillo para evitar que se deslice.

2.Introduzca la brocheta atravesando el ave y asegure con el pincho.

3.Corte 24 pulg. de hilo de cocina y colóquelo debajo del ave, con la pechuga hacia arriba, dejando la misma cantidad de hilo de cada lado.

4.Coloque cada extremo del hilo alrededor de cada ala; tome la punta de cada ala al juntar el hilo y al ajustarlo y anudarlo. No corte el hilo sobrante.
