Setting the Default Admin Login Timeout Period

1To be able to set the controller online or offline you must log in using the administrator’s password. This menu option does not appear on the Preferences page if you have not logged in or if the system has timed you out.

2Click the Preferences tab.

3Click the Admin Login Timeout Period drop-down arrow and select the amount of time before the administrator login times out.

The default is 20 minutes.

Note: You must be logged in as an administrator to access this option.

4Click Save to save your new settings.

Click Reset if you have not yet saved your changes and to refresh and restore the settings to their original state.

Setting the Contact Information

1Log in as an administrator.

2Click the Administration tab.

3Click the Device subtab. The Device window opens.

4In the Properties area, enter the name or title of the contact person for the device in the Contact Information field.

5Click Save.

Setting the Service Phone Number

1Log in as an administrator.

2Click the Administration tab.

3Click the Device subtab. The Device window opens.

4In the Properties area, enter the phone number for service on the device in the Service Phone Number field.
