Bit D: STBY (standby request)
Switches the Ethernet Port from run mode to standby mode.
Bit C: RUN (run request)
Switches the Ethernet Port from standby mode to run mode.
Bit 5: MTEN (message transmission enable/prohibit request) Computer link/PC link protocol transmission enable/prohibit
1: Enable, 0: Prohibit
Bit 4: STEN (socket interface transmission enable/prohibit request) Socket interface transmission enable/prohibit
1: Enable, 0: Prohibit
Examples: Standby request - 2000H
Run request - 1030H (Allows both message transmission and socket interface transmission)
1010H (Allows socket interface transmission only)
1020H (Allows message transmission only)
