5.6.4 Reboot Choose menu “System Tools → Reboot”, and then you can click the Reboot button to reboot
the extender via the next screen.

Some settings of the extender will take effect only after rebooting, which include
¾ Change the LAN IP Address (system will reboot automatically).
¾ Upgrade the firmware of the extender (system will reboot automatically).
¾ Restore the extender's settings to factory defaults (system will reboot automatically).
¾ Update the configuration with the file (system will reboot automatically.
5.6.5 Password Choose menu “System Tools → Password”, and then you can change the factory default user
name and password of the extender in the next screen as shown in Figure 5-16.

It is strongly recommended that you change the default user name and password of the extender,
because all users who try to access the extender's Web-based utility will be prompted for the
extender's default user name and password.
) Note:
The new user name and password must not exceed 14 characters in length and must not include
any spaces. Enter the new password twice to confirm it.
Click the Save button to save the settings.
