E-mail Notification

25.1 Overview

A mail server is an application or a computer that runs such an application to receive, forward and deliver e-mail messages.

To have the P-2812HNU-51c send reports, logs or notifications via e-mail, you must specify an e-mail server and the e-mail addresses of the sender and receiver.

25.1.1 What You Can Do in this Chapter

The Email Notification screens let you configure up to two mail servers and sender addresses on the P-2812HNU-51c (Section 25.2 on page 359).

25.2 The Email Notification Screen

Click Advanced > Email Notification to open the Email Notification screen. Use this screen to view, remove and add mail server information on the P- 2812HNU-51c.
