Utilisation des rabats à lamelles

Les rabats à lamelles (AE) servent à soutenir les pièces à travailler en les maintenant fermement pour diminuer les vibrations et les rebonds.

Insérer les rabats à lamelles dans le guide ou la table à toupie pour immobiliser les pièces travaillées.

Il est possible de varier la pression de maintien en plaçant l'extrémité courte ou longue des rabats dans le guide ou la table, ou en modifiant la distance entre l'extrémité du rabat et le guide.

Cómo usar las aletas de las tablas de sujeción

Las aletas de la tablas de sujeción (AE) proporcionan soporte para las piezas de trabajo sujetando las piezas firmemente para ayudar a minimizar vibración y contragolpe.

Inserte las aletas de las tablas de sujeción en la barrera guía o en la mesa de fresadora para sujetar hacia abajo las piezas de trabajo.

La presión de sujeción se puede variar colocando extremos largos o cortos de las aletas en la barrera o la mesa, o variando la distancia del extremo de la aleta a la barrera guía. Consulte la Figura 53.
