Backing Up the Entire System to Tape
When you back up the entire system to tape, the system stores the following files on tape cartridges:
■UNIX files
■administrative files for each application
■all voice system files (if AUDIX Voice Power is installed). These files include all voice mailbox messages, system greetings, and personal greetings.
■all fax messages (if FAX Attendant is installed). These files include Fax Response files.

You should perform this procedure only when there is little or no traffic on the switch. Have two to four blank tapes to perform this backup.
To back up your entire system to tape, perform the following steps:
1.At the Backup Files Menu, move the cursor to Complete System Backup to Tape and press [ ENTER ↵ ].
The system displays the following message:
Confirm
A Complete System Backup will back up all application files, system files and all voice files. This will usually take two cartridge tapes. Each tape will take less than a half hour to complete.
Strike ENTER when ready or ESC to stop.
2.Press [ ENTER ↵ ].
The system responds:
Please insert the first cartridge tape and press ENTER
