IP Route

OSPF

The OSPF folder provides access to the following windows:

•OSPF Global Parameters

•OSPF Interfaces

•OSPF Area Parameters

•OSPF Link State Database

•OSPF External Database

•OSPF Neighbors

OSPF Global Parameters

To define and display OSPF Global parameters, select IP Route > OSPF >

OSPF Global Parameters. The OSPF Global Parameters window opens.

The following parameters are displayed:

Field Description

OSPF Router ID The ID number of the router. The router ID

must be unique. By default, the router ID

equals one of the router’s IP addresses.
