Using Avaya C360 Device Manager Help

This section explains how to use the on-line help in the Avaya C360 Device Manager. The on-line help can be opened to the contents page or directly to a topic of interest.

*Note: When running the Avaya C360 Manager via Web Management, on-line help is only available if you have installed the on-line help on your network and configured the Avaya C360 Device with the location of the help files. For information on installing the on-line help and configuring the device with the location of the files, refer to the Avaya C360 User’s Guide.

Opening the Help to the Contents Page

To open the help to the contents page, select Help > Contents. The on-line help opens to the contents page.

Opening the Help to a Topic of Interest

To open the help directly to a topic of interest:

1.Click .

Or

Select Help > Context Sensitive Help. The cursor changes to the shape of an arrow with a question mark.

2.Click on a point of interest in the Avaya C360 Device Manager. The on-line help opens to a topic explaining the feature that was clicked.
