1/2 pint/227 g

raspberries, rinsed and drained

1/4 cup

sugar, divided

+ 2 tablespoons

2 teaspoons

cornstarch

1-1/2 teaspoons

fresh lemon juice

Finely grated zest of 1/4 lemon

1 cup

all-purpose flour

1-1/2 teaspoons

baking powder

2 tablespoons

Cover the entire surface with the dough pieces to give a “cobbled” effect. Sprinkle the remaining 1 table- spoon sugar over the dough. Close lid.
