Ensure Pressure Regulator/ Release Valve is turned to Pressure position shown.

Place food to be cooked into	Close and lock lid in a clockwise	Select Pressure setting using
removable cooking bowl with 1qt	direction by aligning arrows.	Pressure Control Dial on lid handle
minimum combined food & liquid.		(Low, Medium, High).

Press FUNCTION button until	Press TIMER Button – select from	Press START/CANCEL button to
the Pressure Cook indicator	02 to 99 minutes.	start Pressure Cooking – indicator
light flashes.		light will stop flashing.
