9.Après avoir fait sauter ou saisi les aliments, sélectionnez PRESSURE COOK ou SLOW COOK (Cuisson à pression ou cuisson lente) en pressant la touche FUNCTION. (Consultez les sections se référant à la cuisson à pression, pages 84-98 et à la cuisson lente, pages 111-113.

IMPORTANT

La fonction SAUTÉ/SEAR ne fonctionnera pas si le couvercle est scellé et verrouillé en place. Une alarme se fera entendre et le code d'erreur ''E3'' sera affiché sur l'écran DEL pour signaler ne besoin de déverrouiller ou retirer le couvercle.

Incorporez les aliments dans la cuve de cuisson amovible à l'aide de la spatule résistante à la chaleur fournie.

N'utilisez pas d'ustensiles de métal, car ils égratigneront le revêtement antiadhésif de la cuve de cuisson amovible.
