You can print lists of fax/telephone numbers registered for speed dialling. Keep these lists near your machine so
you can refer to them when dialling.
Printing Speed Dialling Lists
1Press Additional Functions.
2Use 4(–) or e(+) to select 8.PRINT LISTS → press OK.

3Use 4(–) or e(+) to select 2.SPEED DIAL LIST → press OK.
→
4Use 4(–) or e(+) to select the list you want to print.
Ex:
• You can select from the following:
- 1-TOUCH LIST
- CODED DIAL LIST
- GROUP DIAL LIST
5Press OK.
Ex:
• If you selected 1-TOUCH LIST or CODED DIAL LIST above, select SORTor NO SORT depending on what
order you want the destinations to be printed:
Select 1.NO SORT to print the list in key number order.
-or-
Select 2.SORT to print the list with the names of the destinations in alphabetical order.
6Press OK.
• The machine prints the list and the LCD returns to standby display.
• You can also print the list using Report. Press Function →Report →select 2. SPEED DIAL
LIST →a report you want to print out →press OK.
