Telephone Problems

The telephone line may not be connected properly.

During a power cut, functions are limited as follows:
•You can not send, receive, or copy documents.
•You can not make telephone calls using the optional handset. You may not be able to make telephone calls even with a telephone connected to the machine, depending on the type of telephone you use.
•You can receive telephone calls using the optional handset or telephone connected to your machine.
When power is restored to the machine, the machine will automatically print a list of documents that were stored in memory at the time of the power cut.
