Resending a Document in Memory

You can resend documents that are stored in memory. The machine stores faxes that are received but not printed

because paper or toner has run out, a paper jam has occurred, or documents have not been transmitted due to a

transmission error.

You can send such faxes to another fax machine to be printed.

1Press Function → Memory Reference.

2Use 4(–) or e(+) to select 3.RESEND DOCUMENT → press OK.

Ex:

3Use 4(–) or e(+) to select the transaction number (TX/RX NO.) of the document you

want to send again → press OK.

Ex:

4Enter the fax number.

• For dialling methods →p. 4-3.

• You need to press OK after you enter the fax number using the numeric keys.

5Press OK.

• The machine begins sending.
