❚To change a coded speed dialling entry:

4Press Function → Clear to delete the previous entry → enter the new fax/telephone number

→ press OK twice.

Ex:

• If you do not want to change the fax/telephone number, press OKtwice after step 3.

• Press Function →Space to enter a space and move the cursor to the next digit. Spaces are optional and are

ignored during dialling.

• Press Redial/Pause to enter a pause.

• If you make a mistake, press 4(–)or e(+) to move the cursor under the number you want to delete

→press Function →Delete.

5Press Function → Clear to delete the previous entry → enter the new name → press OK.

6Press Stop/Reset to return to standby display.
