❚To change a coded speed dialling entry:

4Press Function → Clear to delete the previous entry → enter the new fax/telephone number → press OK twice.

	TEL NUMBER	ENTRY	→	:A
Ex:	TEL=81 773	3173_	→	Canon UC_
Ex:

•If you do not want to change the fax/telephone number, press OK twice after step 3.

•Press Function → Space to enter a space and move the cursor to the next digit. Spaces are optional and are ignored during dialling.

•Press Redial/Pause to enter a pause.

•If you make a mistake, press 4 (–)or e (+) to move the cursor under the number you want to delete

→ press Function → Delete.

5 Press Function → Clear to delete the previous entry → enter the new name → press OK.

4Press Function → Clear to delete the fax/telephone number → press OK.
