Problems During a Video Conference

Problem Telephone keypad commands do not work (for example, #5 to mute.)

Solution This is correct behavior. Video endpoints are connected to the Cisco IPVC MCU, not directly to the Cisco MeetingPlace audio server, so Cisco MeetingPlace key commands do not apply.
