Diagnostics

The Diagnostics utility within QUtilities activates a debugging and system diagnostic tool. Use this tool to verify any problems that you may have experienced on your device.

Before running the diagnostics tool, close all open programs by tapping QàClose all tasks.

If you have enabled password protection at power-on, disable this by tapping StartàSettingsàPassword. Enter your password, then deselect the Enable password check box.

If you have enabled display owner identification at power-on, disable this by tapping StartàSettingsàOwner. Deselect the Display owner identification check box.

Tap QàQUtilitiesàDiagnostics tab.
