Configuring GARP

Generic Attribute Registration Protocol (GARP) is a general-purpose protocol that registers any
network connectivity or membership-style information. GARP defines a set of devices interested in
a given network attribute, such as VLAN or multicast address.

— Determines if enabled on a port or on a LAG.
GARP Join Timer (10 - 2147483640)
— Time, in milliseconds, that PDUs are transmitted. The
possible field value is 10-2147483640. The default value is 200 msec.
