Configuring MD5 Key Chain Settings

After keys are defined, they are grouped into what is called a "key chain." Each router interface can
be assigned several keys at once. Keys can be grouped into key chains for convenient assignment to
interfaces. Each key can be included in several key chains. Key chains are assigned to interfaces in
the RIP or OSPF interface parameters. MD5 keys are added to a MD5 key chain to generate the key
chain.
