The DHCP Snooping Configuration page contains the following fields:
DHCP Snooping Mode
— Enables or disables the DHCP Snooping feature. The default is Disable.
MAC Address Validation
— Enables or disables the validation of sender MAC Address for DHCP
Snooping. The default is Enable.

DHCP Snooping Interface Configuration
Use the DHCP Snooping Interface Configuration page to configure the DHCP Snooping settings on
individual interfaces.
The hardware rate limits DHCP packets sent to the CPU from untrusted interfaces to 64 Kbps. There is
no hardware rate limiting on trusted interfaces.

CLI Command Description
ip dhcp snooping Enables DHCP snooping globally or on a specific VLAN.
ip dhcp snooping verify mac-address Enables the verification of the source MAC address with the client
MAC address in the received DHCP message.
show ip dhcp snooping Displays the DHCP snooping global and per port configuration.
