6.In the Print Destinations dialog box, select LPR Port from the Available Print Monitors list and click OK.

7.In the Add LPR Compatible Printer dialog box, enter the IP address of the interface card and the name of the printer, and click OK.

8.In the Create Printer dialog box, if the Print to box shows “IP address: printer name”, the setting is complete.

Note:

Since your clients need to know the share name of the printer in order to use it, you need to announce the share name to your clients.
