4.Click the Services tab to check if Microsoft TCP/IP Printing is listed. If not, click Add and select Microsoft TCP/IP Printing. Follow the on-screen instructions.

5.If you continue installing the TCP/IP protocol, the Microsoft TCP/IP Properties dialog box appears, and you can set the IP address.

Notes:

To check which IP addresses have already been assigned, click the Protocols tab in the Network dialog box, select TCP/IP Protocol, and then click the Properties button.

6.When the installation is completed, confirm items such as the IP address to make sure they have been entered correctly.
