The Printer Model and IP Address do not appear in the EpsonNet WinAssist dialog box.

If the IP address is set to the default IP address, the items above might not appear.

Set a valid IP address.

Refresh the status. To do this, select Refresh from the View menu.

Set the larger value for the time-out. To do this, select Timeout from the Tool menu. EpsonNet WinAssist may run more slowly.

The IP address was changed automatically.

If you are using a utility such as HP OpenView, the new IP address might be rewritten over the old IP address.

Select Manual for the Get IP address setting and clear the Set by PING check box in the TCP/IP menu of EpsonNet WinAssist.

Select Manual for the Get IP Address setting and select OFF for Set by PING in the TCP/IP screen of EpsonNet WebAssist.
